design & management

Full design, sourcing and project management service

A full design package with scale and technical drawings, sketches, finish and fabric samples and images of all the furniture, accessories, fixtures and lighting to make your space beautiful. Each design is fully costed, the items are sourced at trade pricing and building works fully managed, from the first hammer blow to finishing touches.

1. Brief – how is your space now, and how would you like it to be?

At our first meeting, we’ll have an in-depth discussion about your brief. We’ll explore possibilities and ideas, share style and colour preferences. The existing features of your home such as your architecture, light and layout will be taken into account. Every millimetre of your space will be measured and surveyed for perfectly fitting results.

2. Budgeting – how much would you like to spend?

Designs are always scoped to your budget, taking into account labour for building work, any professional fees, building materials, fixtures and fittings, furniture, lighting and accessories. Before the creative work begins we will agree a target budget, to ensure that the project will be achievable.
