Your programme, partners and budget

Together we will work out your timing, priorities and budget, then identify contractors and specialists such as architects or structural engineers needed to deliver the project.

Space planning and look and feel

A fresh eye can see new ways of using your space. We’ll discuss the possibilities and draw floorplans to scale to help you make the most of what you have. At this stage we will also do a workshop on your wish list, likes and dislikes, resulting in an overall look and feel for the property that underpins the design.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Your design package will include a well thought out colour scheme, layout, kitchen and bathroom designs, lighting, flooring, furniture, accessories and drapery to transform your home.

Fixtures, fittings and finishes

Stylish and practical options for every surface – from designer paint, wallpaper and tiles to fully fitted kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, appliances and fixtures.

Furniture and accessories

Quality and stylish pieces scoped to your budget from a wide range of suppliers and makers. Some will be household names, others companies known only to the trade.

Made to measure designs

Drawings, specifications and quotes for bespoke storage, media units, bookcases and upholstery for example.

Lighting design

Beautiful fixtures planned well, to light your home flexibly and smartly.

Window treatments

All your window shading and privacy needs – shutters or blinds and curtains that can be automated if you like – all made from beautiful fabrics and installed by trusted specialists.

To help you visualise the end result, imagery, samples and a fully costed specification will be provided. We will go through everything in person and make refinements, you’ll have the opportunity to visit showrooms to touch and feel the items before sign-off.

DELIVERY

Making it happen can be the most demanding part of the process, my role is to make this smooth and stress free for clients. A team of highly skilled, trusted tradespeople and makers work with me to plan and manage the job, from strip out and responsible disposal to the installation of the final touches.

The delivery phase involves ordering all the products to be used in the design at the time when they’re needed on site by the team, trouble shooting, adapting the designs to any unforeseen circumstances, contractor payment management, quality control and snagging.

When the works are complete furniture and accessories are put in place to personalise and complete your space.
